The room was a king suite-comfortable bed for us in the bedroom, with a pull-out sofa in the living room for guests (we did not use it.) The room was spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchenette which had everything we could want. We dipped in the pool, which was clean and refreshing, towels provided by the resort. They have several activities which looked like loads of fun for the younger set: Mountain coaster, zip lines, giant swing, alpine slide. I asked at the desk, and single rides were $18, but you could buy a day pass. We haven't been "the younger set" for 40 years, so we passed on those activities. The resort is about 3/4 hour from Tanglewood. Also, the resort is very climate friendly, using renewable energy. We stayed 2 nights. I would recommend it.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.They were very good about communicating with me as soon as I made the reservation via Booking.com. The property is a relaxing a comfortable place with plenty of room for our group. We were here off season so not many things were open but we were able to use the pool and hot tub. Both were a lot of fun for the girls!

The rooms were nothing fancy, but had a kitchenette and were very clean and pretty quiet. The mountain setting is peaceful and beautiful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were (except from the very small pool) excellent. They accommodated some of our special requests. It is a nice nostalgic place that has everything you might need such as a store and wonderful nearby restaurants. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
